We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.


Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
