All orders are subject to product availability. While we aim to maintain accurate stock levels, there may be rare instances where an item is unavailable after purchase. In such cases, we will contact you to offer a suitable solution, including waiting for restock or issuing a refund.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout where applicable.
Free shipping may be offered on selected delivery options.


Returns

Return Due to Change of Mind

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • Items are unused
  • Items are in original packaging
  • Items are in resellable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned items are received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Warranty Returns

Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of receiving the product.

Customers are required to pay return shipping initially. If the claim is approved, the shipping cost will be reimbursed.

After receiving the item, we will process the claim within 7 business days. You may choose:

  • Refund to your original payment method
  • Replacement item (if available)

Domestic Transit Time

All orders are processed and shipped within the United Kingdom.

Handling Time:
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery Options:

  • Economy Shipping: 5 to 8 business days (Free)
  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.


Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


Change of Delivery Address

Delivery addresses can be changed before the order has been dispatched.


P.O. Box Shipping

We may ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services where available.


Items Out of Stock

If part of your order is out of stock, we may ship available items first and send the remaining items when they become available.


Delivery Delays

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us for assistance.


Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow your shipment.


Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. If possible, refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
